There’s certainly no such thing as a typical day which makes the job fun and interesting, but also challenging as well. We work directly with player development directors throughout the league, and so at each club, you know, there is a player development director who is also responsible for administering our services, but also meeting the needs of the local club. So we have a lot of interaction with them. We provide trainings for them. We have an annual meeting for them as well. And so our job really is to support them at the local level given the fact that they are the guys, you know, who are hands-on day to day. And so whatever we can do to support them we try and do that. So we help them with getting their guys back into school. We help them with getting their guys internships. And so that’s a lot of what we do day to day and a lot of it’s planning for programs and the development of programs. And so as I talked earlier about the programs we’ve run at the business schools with Harvard, Warton, Stanford and Kellogg, that took a lot of planning and preparation in the initial stages and so, you know, when we’re developing programs whether it’s, you know, trying to get guys into broadcast boot camp which is for players who are interested in doing broadcasting, you know, we plan for those programs and we develop those programs at the league office and then hope to administer them locally. And so that’s a lot of what we do in addition to helping facilitate certain processes like getting guys back into school. We do that here as well. And developing financial programs and other programs and services.
